All the internal metal parts of this table top mounted meat saw are made with stainless steel -- upper wheel, lower wheel, upper wheel hinge, and lower bearing housing.
Stationary platter -- stainless steel.
Meat carriage (9.5” x 13”) -- stainless steel.
Meat gauge -- stainless steel (adj. From 0 to 7.3”).
Safety hand guard -- stainless steel.
Wheel -- 8” stainless steel.
Upper wheel assembly and the lower bearing housing assembly are sealed against water damage.
If the door is opened during operation the sensor will automatically cut off the power.
The scrap box can be easily removed for quick removal of waste.
